socializing at the workplace

the reason no one gets anything done at work is because there are far too interesting people to talk to.

i'm trying to work on a gaming grant right now, but maiko is here and i can't stop talking to her.

socializing + work = non-productivity

unless your work is socializing, then the more you talk, the more you get done.

Board (bored) meeting

Last night I admitted to a very smart, well-read and gifted woman that I don't have the concentration span to read any more. Not even a magazine article. She looked at me very seriously and said: that's a problem.
