sunset in whitehorse

it goes on forever. past 10:30 and the sun is still out. apparently it doesn't get fully dark until 3AM, not that I've stayed up that late to check! Last night was hot, tonight is tempered by wind and rain. The windmill outside my room is humming preternaturally as it turns. The sun cells wail silently for the return of another cloudless day. How long they'll have to wait, we don't know. They say it will be wet all weekend.

The projects are going well. Have launched both. Exhausted I am, tired out by too much to do and not enough sleep. Tonight will be a glass of wine, a bath and bed.

Missing a home a bit. Thinking about going there as soon as possible. This shall pass? Who knows.
